Innovating for Lower Housing Construction Costs

In November 2018, Fannie Mae and the Terner Center for Housing Innovation at the University of California, Berkley, partnered to host the InnovateHousing 2018 conference. During a panel titled "Innovations to Stem the High Cost and Time of New Housing Construction," three representatives from Bay Area construction companies discussed ideas for reducing the cost of new housing construction in Northern California and beyond.
