AHS: 2003 Weight Update File

As a special bonus for AHS mailing list subscribers, I have a
comma-delimited ASCII file containing just CONTROL and WEIGHT.
You can use this file to update to the new WEIGHT values without
downloading the entire 2003 public use file.

I will email the file to anyone who wants it. It will not appear
on our web site. You may, of course, send copies to anyone you like.
