This historical report covered the housing rehabilitation programs administered by the Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) for Fiscal Year 1989. It is divided into four parts covering CDBG-financed rehabilitation programs, the Rental Rehabilitation Program, the Urban Homesteading Program, and the Section 312 Rehabilitation Loan Program. Total funding equaled $1.24 billion which was the total for housing rehabilitation costs, acquisition for rehabilitation and administrative costs.
