Both water/sewer and resident choice are good. With respect to water - landscape and stormwater management are both interrelated topics with huge implications. And don't forget consumer acceptance and government approvals on graywater. Thanks!

To analyze how vacancy rates change over the course of the year, wouldn’t the quarterly rates from the Housing Vacancy Survey for states and 75 largest metros, or calculated from USPS administrative records (assuming HUD and USPS work out a deal to continue to making this available to the public) be a better source of data than a survey that collects data only once every other year?
