AHS Metro Survey Documentation Update

An updated description of the geography used in the AHS
metropolitan surveys has been posted to the HUD USER web
site, https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/ahs.html .
Look in the "Technical Supplements" section for the link
entitled "Detailed Areas in AHS Metro Surveys 1974-04."

The file is in Microsoft Excel format, replacing a Borland
Quattro Pro file. It lists the counties and New England
townships in the AHS metro areas, relating them to the OMB
metro area definitions over the years. The update brings the
comparison up to the 2004 OMB definitions.
