AHS: 2004 Metro Survey Data Released

The dataset for the 2004 American Housing Survey metropolitan survey (AHS-MS) is now available on the HUD USER web site, https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/ahs.html .

The web site currently has the microdata in SAS and comma-delimited ASCII formats, plus the q-code, table specifications, and instrument items book. More documentation, including descriptive statistics, file flattener program, topcodes, and value labels, will be added as soon as they are ready.
