[OT](Somewhat off topic) Change of contact information

As some of you know, I am leaving ICF Consulting to join a health care research and consulting firm. As a result, Kevin Blake will be taking on my responsibilities on ICF’s AHS projects. This work includes managing ICF’s support of HUD data including the AHS codebook and quality control.

Kevin has been involved in AHS quality control and documentation back to the original quality control we performed for the 1997 AHS, and so is experienced with this data and ICF’s work with the data.
