WEIGHT is the correct variable to use. You would sum the weights of all the records below your income threshhold. Note that not all records have the same WEIGHT value. Also, ZINC is family income. Household income is ZINC2. The difference is that ZINC includes the income of only those household members who are related to the householder. ZINC2 includes nonrelatives as well.
