Thank you for your comments. The AHS is a housing unit survey and doesn't count "people" as such, although we do count households. We continue to struggle with ways to better measure household incomes. I look forward to reading your report.

    Many of the entitlements here in Dade County feel there has been an undercount of low and moderate income people. We have partnered with FIU to do a study and will be meeting soon to discuss a report we will be submitting to HUD.
