HUD's new Innovation of the Day (IOD) web portal highlights emerging trends and promising solutions, crowdsourced from over 280 submissions worldwide. We invite you to visit IOD and vote for your favorite projects and initiatives, so that the "best of the best" can be recognized and shared. The 26 finalists represent a wide array of creative problemsolvers who are making good things happen at the intersection of housing, health, energy efficiency, community development, capacity building, and urban planning.

Voting is live through February 10th, and the top three vote-getters will be announced this spring. By elevating these promising practices and connecting stakeholders to successful strategies, we hope to unite practitioners and policymakers, stimulate discussion, and encourage further innovation. So please take a few minutes to review the IOD Finalists, and be sure to share Innovation of the Day widely within your networks. Every vote counts, and the projects and strategies you review may inspire some promising innovations of your own.
