The measurement of broadband access in HUD-assisted buildings includes an evaluation of Public Housing Agencies and project-based Section 8 properties to determine the rates of connectivity and the associated costs of adequate broadband provision. Results will include the current connectivity levels, potential connectivity levels, costs and barriers associated with providing broadband at speeds of 25/3mbps, per person. The length of performance is 24 months and will conclude with a final report and briefing in 2025.
