The Affordable Housing Needs 2005: Report to Congress was delivered to
Congress yesterday and it is up on the HUD USER site:

This report, which is the latest in the series that used to be called
the Worst Case Needs reports, is based primarily on the 2005 American
Housing Survey, by way of the 2005 Housing Affordability Data System
file.
