LAT70S variable?

Hello everyone,

I am looking for information on the 'LAT70S" variable in the 2003 AHS
national file. This variable indicates the exact year that a unit was
built between 1975 and 1979. I'm almost for certain it has been in the past
few national files. I might have inadvertently erased it, but I can't find
it in any of my files?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
