These are already available in the AHS. Age of structure can be calculated from year built, the variable for which is BUILT. Presence of mortgage is in the variable MG, and the presence of a home equity loan is in the variable HEL.

The printed reports contain tables for "year structure built," "mortgages currently on property," and "home equity mortgage." Check those phrases in the index for the list of specific table numbers.
