This historical publication is the fourth chapter of the Historic Structures Report Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Building. The purposes of this chapter are to document the current condition of the building and assess the extent to which age and later alterations have affected the appearance of the building. The chapter is based on an on-site examination of the building, both exterior and interior, and comparison with original drawings, specifications, photographs, and construction correspondences.
