My names is Vernon Oakes and I’m the President of the National Association of Housing Cooperatives (NAHC). Does AHS distinguish the type of homeownership (single family, cooperative, condo or ...)? If no, will they consider doing so and if yes, how can I get a listing of the housing cooperatives in the US?
