AHS: 2013 Metropolitan Survey Data Released

The metropolitan survey data from the 2013 American Housing Survey (AHS) are now available for download from the Census Bureau web site, http://www.census.gov/programs-surveys/ahs.html.

The release includes the public use file (PUF), containing data for 20 metropolitan areas, in SAS and ASCII (CSV) formats. A "flat file" version of the dataset is also available in SAS format.

Note that the data from 5 metropolitan areas were collected as part of the national survey and included in the national PUF released last Fall. These are noted with an asterisk in the list below.

In addition to the PUF, summary tables for the 25 metropolitan areas are available in Excel format.
