2015 AHS Data Release

The national summary tables from the 2015 AHS will be released on Thursday, November 17 at 10:00 AM EST. Users may access the tables through the AHS Table Creator on the Census Bureau web site, http://www.census.gov/programs-surveys/ahs.html. The Table Creator allows you to specify custom tables which you can then download as Excel spreadsheets.

Note that the 2015 AHS is based on an entirely new sample and represents a break from the 1985-2013 panel. AHS users should expect changes in estimates and some of those changes may not make a lot of sense at first glance. Please know that HUD and Census are ready to answer any questions you may have. HUD and Census expect to release the 2015 AHS metropolitan area estimates and the 2015 AHS public use file in January 2017.
