FY 2023 Median Family Income Estimates and Income Limits

On December 1, HUD announced that it intends to base its FY 2023 median family income estimates and income limits on data from the 2021 American Community Survey (ACS). This is a result of the Census Bureau’s decision to not release standard 1-year estimates from the 2020 ACS. HUD plans on releasing FY 2023 median family income estimates and income limits on or about May 15, 2023. For more information, please see here.
