Foundations’ ability to rapidly launch pilot programs, provide monitoring and evaluation support, and conduct case-studies provides key insights into program design and efficacy. Moreover, because they work across public and private sectors on a diverse range of issues, foundations are natural conveners and provide a critical viewpoint, creating space for voices that are often overlooked.

IPAD works to connect philanthropy’s efforts to HUD’s strategic objectives, developing partnerships that leverage talent and resources on shared goals.
