With the help of U.S. HUD’s new Regulatory Barriers Clearinghouse (RBC),
overcoming state and local barriers to affordable housing is getting
easier every day, and with your help, it will get easier still!

The helpful staff at http://www.regbarriers.org have recently automated
the submission process, so that sharing your experiences in identifying
- and resolving - regulatory barriers can be accomplished quickly and
easily, right on our site. The new "How to Submit" page
(https://www.huduser.gov/portal/rbc/submitastory.html) walks you through the
process with clear examples and step-by-step instructions. You simply
fill in a few boxes and hit submit -- that's all you need to do to take
part in this historic effort.

Thanks to those who've shared their personal experiences and insights,
RBC has received over 200 entries in our ten barrier categories so far.
Throughout the nation, others with an interest in affordable housing
