PSU and stratification variables (pre-1997 national samples), again

Dear AHD Users,

Would anybody let me know if I can get the PSU (primary sampling units)
and stratification information used for the sampling design of the
1985-1993 AHS national samples? The code book states there are  461 PSUs
(Chapter 3: Sampling Design,Page 333)and 401 strata (p.342).

I need PSU and strata variables to correct the standard errors of my
analysis. Would anybody let me know if I can obtain these variables or
who I should contract in HUD regarding this issue? I posted this
question about three months ago and have received no answer.

Thank you very much in advance for help.
