AHS 2005 Update

The updated 2005 AHS dataset, both the ASCII and SAS versions,
are available on the HUD USER web site,
https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/ahs.html .

The only changes are in the alterations & repairs file
(homimp). The previous version of the file had omitted
projects involving new carpeting (RAS=52) and had inserted
missing values for the data concerning projects involving new
paneling or ceiling tiles (RAS=55). These have been fixed.
Note also that the 2005 survey collapses the two RAS codes
involving carpeting, 51 (carpeting installed over subflooring)
and 52 (carpeting installed over finished flooring). All
carpet installation projects are now reported as RAS=52, which
you should interpret as "Installed wall-to-wall carpeting."

The descriptive statistics file has also been updated.
