AHS: 2003 Weight Update File

I have sent out a new 2003 AHS weight update file, containing
both WEIGHT and WGT90GEO, to everyone who asked for one the
first time.  If you don't receive yours, please ask again.  
If you didn't ask before but still want a copy, I'll be happy
to send it to you.

I am sending the data as a text file, unzipped, because some
email systems are rejecting zip files.  Unzipped, the file is
about 2.6 MB.  The zipped version is about 939 KB.  If you
prefer the zip file, please let me know.
