AHS: Revised 2004 MS Dataset

We have released a revised dataset for the 2004 AHS metro
survey.  The new SAS and ASCII files are available on the HUD
USER web site,
https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/ahs.html .

The revision is minor.  An editing problem caused the value of
NUNITS (units in structure) to be missing for 348 cases, when
they should have had NUNITS=1.  This has been fixed.  No other
variables are affected.

The changed cases are either single-family detached (328),
single-family attached (8), or manufactured housing (12).  
Thus, one could have guessed that NUNITS should have been 1.  

Locationally, the changed cases are divided among Atlanta
(193), St. Louis (88), and San Antonio (67).

The documentation archive on the web site has also been
revised, to include the correct descriptive statitstics for
NUNITS.
