The message below was apparently intended for the AHS list but was sent to my
personal email instead.

If you have any reply for Ms. Robertson, please send it to her at
srob01@bellsouth.net. Note that if you just hit "reply," your message will go
to me, and I already have a job. Do not send your reply to AHS@huduser.gov,
unless what you say is intended for the whole list to read.

Hello All,

I know this listserve is for exchange of important housing information, but I
am writing to ask for help from anyone out there who can offer it.

My name is Sandra and I reside in New Orleans, La. I hold a Master's degree in
Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Housing and Community
Development. I completed my Master's program in the spring of 2002 from the
University of New Orleans and I still have not been able to secure employment
in my field.

Originally I thought that I could stay home and use my degree in order to make
changes in a city that is in desperate need of help in this area, but I have
been unsuccessful in my search. Now I am expanding my search to wherever there
is an opportunity to earn a living and offer my expertise.

If there is anyone out there who has any information that might help me in my
job search it would be greatly appreciated. Although I am willing to leave
Louisiana I would still like to remain in the South.

Sincerely,

Sandra

Please send any and all responses to: srob01@bellsouth.net

Are there any other AHS listserv subscribers who are new to AHS analysis? If
so, please contact me; perhaps we can be of use to each other as we learn how
to use the microdata file. Thanks.
