AHS: Reverse Mortgage Question

When we tabulate the variable RAM (has reverse annuity or home equity conversion mortgage) using the 2009 AHS public use file, we find that nearly 88 percent of the cases are coded B=Not applicable.

Under what conditions is this question considered not applicable?
