Energy Efficiency "Makes Cents" in Missouri.

The Janesville Gazette (9/1) reports that "a new study by the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy shows" that making houses more energy efficient reaps "savings of $6 billion and creation of 8,500 jobs by 2025" in the state of Missouri. The Service also says energy efficiency measures "such as adding insulation and new windows, can mean lower utility bills" as well.
