US Housing Starts Rebound in September

AFP (10/20) reports that the US Department of Commerce report says tthat "US housing starts rebounded sharply in September." AFP says that this was "a rare bit of positive news on the embattled real-estate sector." Home "builders started privately-owned new homes at a seasonally adjusted annual pace of 658,000 units, marking a 15.0 percent increase from August."
