New State Program to Reward Homeowners' Increased Energy Efficiency

The NY1 New York, NY (1/16, Aarons) reported on its website, "Homeowners who want to save money can take advantage of a new program from" the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority "that starts at the end of this month. About 97 percent of the state's homeowners will be able to line up a free or low-cost energy assessment or audit." Residents "who own a one- to four-unit home can probably qualify."
