FHA Performance Improves

Mortgage Daily (5/1) reports that loans "insured by the Federal Housing Administration in March grew by 14 percent from February based on dollar volume. Business was 3 percent better than during March." In addition, there was a decline in serious delinquency during each of the last two months.
