Support for Energy Efficiency Program

The Central New York Your News Now (5/9) reports, "Advocates of the state's Home Energy Efficiency Program gathered to raise awareness about its benefits Tuesday. The program's on-bill financing lets homeowners pay for home energy improvement loans through their utility bills." According to officials, the program promotes savings and increases the energy efficiency of homes.
