Not-For-Profit Building Affordable Housing in Brownsburg.

The Indianapolis Business Journal (8/3, 15K) states that "a not-for-profit group serving people with disabilities has closed on financing to build a 72-unit affordable housing community in Brownsburg," Indiana. The group, Sycamore Services Inc., "has secured $8 million in federal tax credits for the apartment project, along with additional financing from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority and US Bank." Construction will begin later this month.
