$10M HUD Loan to Finance Pontiac Housing for Low-Income Seniors

The Detroit (MI) Free Press (11/17, Spangler) notes that "a nonprofit organization will receive a loan of more than $10 million from" HUD "to build a new 77-unit apartment building in Pontiac for low-income senior citizens." The funding includes "a three-year subsidy to help seniors pay their rent at the new structure to be built by CSI Support and Development Services in northeast Pontiac, near Walton and Perry."
