Launched in 2017, EnVision Centers were intended to help persons achieve self-sufficiency through accessible and integrated services that are collocated within centralized, brick and mortar hubs. HUD partnered with the Federal Research Division at the Library of Congress to evaluate the implementation and operation efforts of EnVision Centers. The evaluation conducted in-depth interviews with key local stakeholders from several EnVision Centers to understand core program areas that include: intake and data collection, outreach, services and partnerships, and capacity needs. Case studies summarizing the analysis from selected sites are expected by January 2025.

Note: The status of this project is ongoing.
