This historical publication is the ninth chapter of the Historic Structures Report Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Building. The purposes of this chapter are to describe the inventory of building material of special significance so that they may be preserved or maintained in place. The areas of the building are split between three categories based upon architectural significance and physical condition: restoration zones, rehabilitation zones, and renovation zones.
