Its subject, the Small PHA/Rural Area Housing Voucher Demonstration, was one of five components of HUD’s larger Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher Demonstration. The Small PHA/Rural Area Housing Voucher Demonstration was tested at 41 locations nationwide.
