This historical publication is the fifth chapter of the Historic Structures Report Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Building. The purposes of this chapter are to provide a paint analysis to record of all the paint colors, identify original paint schemes, and to identify alterations and additions to the building. Sources include a review of the original construction drawings and specifications as well as a discussion of the original paint scheme with the associate architect.
