This historical report was the second report submitted to Congress on the strategy for meeting the PATH program’s goals by the year 2010. These goals included improving the quality, durability, energy efficiency, environmental performance, and affordability of the nation’s housing by accelerating the creation and widespread use of advanced technologies in the housing industry. The report is broken into three sections: PATH Organizational Structure and Partner Roles and Responsibilities; PATH Strategic Initiatives; PATH Baseline, Interim Objectives, and Performance Measures.
