This historical publication is the tenth chapter of the Historic Structures Report Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Building. The purpose of this chapter is to provide the conditions of the building as of the completion of the existing conditions survey in December 1994. The specifications cover over a dozen materials such as precast concrete, metal fabrications, and acoustical panels.
