PD&R currently works with three HBCU Research Centers of Excellence to support housing and community development research. Check out this HUD press release for more information about two HBCU Center of Excellence awards made in 2023.

Notice of Funding Opportunity: On April 9, 2024, PD&R posted a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to expand its support of HBCU Research Centers of Excellence. Applications were due on July 9, 2024, and HUD anticipates announcing award winners in the Fall of 2024.
