We Offer Our Sincere Apologies...

A few days ago, an Internet spammer got through our system
filters and posted an unauthorized message to the
Regulatory Barriers Clearinghouse listserv. The message
read: "Here is the file. - your_bill.pif ". Please rest
assured that our security measures successfully eliminated
the file attachment (which likely contained a virus) prior
to distribution, and that the message itself did not
contain any virus. Neither the Clearinghouse nor HUD was
involved in the origination or distribution of this
message.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and would like you to
know that we've taken appropriate steps to ensure that this
will not happen again. If you are ever in doubt as to the
veracity of the monthly listserv message or Breakthroughs
newsletter link that we send through this account, please
feel free to call us at 1-800-245-2691, option 4.
