Orange Housing Development to be State's First All-Green Residential Area

The Cleveland Plain Dealer /Sun News (3/9, Boone) reports, "Kertes Enterprises knows it's not easy being 'green' as it begins to build the Lakes of Orange, the first all-green housing development in the state." The 95-acre project "will contain 156 home sites ranging in size from ¼- to ¾-acre." President Randy Kertesz "said the zoning for the property allowed for up to 400 units, but to keep everything eco-friendly, the extra land will be used as green space."
