This historical publication is part of the International Urban Research Monitor’s Global Outlook publication which was a collaboration between HUD and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. This publication is the first issue of Global Outlook and includes articles on HUD’s global initiative, metropolitan economic strategy, the future of the world’s megacities, and other international issues.
