This historic bibliography is a selection of then-contemporary texts on the subject of affordable housing, primarily published between 1934 and 1943. The selections were made by Oliver T. Fields at the request of the Federal Public Housing Authority’s Training and Employee Relations Section of the Personnel Division, for the purpose of educating the authority’s housing apprentices.
