Since 2009, each round of the American Housing Survey (AHS) instrument has included topical modules, sets of questions apart from the core questions. These topical modules collect data on special topics so that they can be analyzed in combination with the core data on housing conditions and cost that are collected in every AHS. This report gives a short description of the topical modules that were included in the AHS between 2009 and 2019. It does not describe any statistical results.
